London Buildings

The Olympic Stadium as seen from the View Tube near Pudding Mill Lane DLR station.

Once complete (~ May 2012) it will be the tallest building in Western Europe at 1016 feet.

The Heron Tower near Liverpool Street, it the third tallest building in London at 755 feet.

Strata (also known as The Razor) at 484 feet near Elephant and Castle.
It incorporates three nine-metre wind turbines, though, for all their show, they only generate 8% of the energy needs of the building.


The BT Tower in Fitzrovia at 620 feet tall.
The tower is still in use, and is the site of a major UK communications hub.
